I don't know if this is possible but checking here.
AACC 6.4 system is installed and working in GMT 0. There are agents all over the globe and they attach to the AACC system. Their phones are registered to the Call Server where the AACC resides, in GMT 0.
We have some groups in GMT -5 that have specific Time of Day requirements. Right now we build the scripts based on GMT 0 because we have to take the local AACC time into consideration.
What I wanted to know is if there is a way to set the GMT/UTC offset at the start of the Application script
It would allow us to build the scripts based on the time zone where they are serviced, without having to think about the local time on the AACC.
Any assistance is always greatly appreciated.
