I have an Access form and I would like to have some fields open as blank fields. Currently when the form opens it displays data that was previously entered. I tried using the forms data entry property but that does not work because there are some fields that I do want to open with data. I think I have to set the forms onload property and specify there which fields I want to open as blank. Can soemone tell me how to do that? Thanks

jjdoro,

a form opens with the data that is in the database. If you 'blank' some fields, you are changing the data. If you wish a 'blank field' I suggest that you open an unbound form that is a clone of your bound form. Then you can check the data and add it to your database tables with a SAVE button.
