Set Focus to previous application

Does anyone have any pointer on how I can get my program to set the focus on the program that was active before the user opened it(fron the tray)

e.g. the window hides and sets focus to previous application in the ZOrder.

As for browsing window handles (what it sounds like you need to do?), this will give you a start.
