Set focus on Excel

Hi,
I have made/customized a routine that imports mailheaders into an excel table from an Outlook folder. (For code see:

http://www.dicks-clicks.com/excel/olRetrieving.htm).

After running the focus is on Outlook. How do I programatically set the focus back on Excel? .select or .activate doesn't seem to do the trick.

have you tried to set Excel as Visible?

Or selecting the Workbook that was last active instead of trying to select Excel itself?
