Set does not go to voicemail

Hi there here's a TNB of a set that will not go to voicemail.

Can anyone help? I'm sure its just something simple that I've over looked.

what does happen when i dial 6708, just ring no answer and/or busy? only problem i see is the lhk on a acd set is counter productive. even a spv set should not have that option, it can't work right and may be your problem. out the set and put it back in right...don't change it, if you did a change to add voice mail, that is also a problem. your in an opt 11, so be even more carefull with acd. at least in a dual cpu you can split and do a reload and keep people in service. the only prompts you need for mail is cls hta fna plus fdn 7000 hunt 7000, with the marp set on the key and marp TURNED on your done. because of the acd software they may be other problems.. like i said, out it and put it back, leave off the lhk, and make sure marp is on system wide..

Are you sure there is a VMail box??

I had someone yesterday want me to reset there Vmail but, they didn't have one and and the phone wasn't programmed to Vmail.

i get that a lot, user forgets their password. and they don't even have voice mail. and users that forward to voice mail and don't have a box..that phone should go to mail, mail should answer, you have been forwarded to a voice mail system, however the user does not subscribe to this service. that is a clear indication of a use that has forward enabled but no mailbox

It's a long shot but this phone was last forwarded to x6125. If this phone is still forwarded maybe that's the problem...

if you do a ld 80 trac 6 8, you can verify the set is not on active forward..if 6125 has mail, then add cls sfa to that tn, that would let the set in question secondary forward to mail
