Set displays DND when a internal call is made to it

Hi all.

I have a Mitel 3300 with release 6.0 PR1

When a internal call is made to ext 7071 the callers display shows DND for the set 7071. When i check with Locate Feature Extentions 7071 it says nothing about DND, i have also tested to use the feature access code for Clear all Fetures but no change.

I good suggestions for me here?

DND permanent in the COS?

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

is it in service ?
I have noticed that calling a logged out hotdesk user shows as DND if there is no Rroute 1st alternative set

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Yes the phone was in service, and no permanent DND, the trouble was for some reason that this ext used a Personal Ring Group, the solution was to delete the PRG and create it again, strange but are now working
