set default printer?

I have a macro that I need to run at night while I'm logged off of my
machine. I've got everything set up, but one part won't work. One
thing that the macro does is save a report as a .txt file. I do this
with the OutputTo command. Everything works fine when I am logged into
my machine, but when I log out and run it through a scheduler, I get a
message saying that I need to set my default printer. Is there any way
to do this in Access97?

In your report design:

File, Page Setup, Page Tab, Use Specific Printer, Choose your printer, click ok and save your report.

Try your scheduling again.

Question: Why would you have to logon/logoff? Is the database on a network or local?
