Set default Picture Layout 1

I know I can change picture's layout by double clicking on the picture which brings me Format Picture window, choose Layout tab and change it from 'In-line with text' to any other option.

Where can I change it to set default to, let's say Tight or Square?

I used to know it, then after a few years it got away from me, and now I am lost.....

In Tools>Options, Edit tab you can set default picture positioning. Picture formatting is available in picture context menu. Warp points access is in 'picture' toolbar.
