I am in charge of writing reports for our customers. The database that I am connected to is NTier_BUCL. The database names that the customers will be connected to is NTier_CustomerName.

After I send a report to a client, they do the Set Datasource and update the tables/views. For the most part, this hasn't been a problem. However, I have 1 client that goes into set datasource and updates the tables. But when he tries to close the Set Datasource window, Crystal hangs indefinitely and the datasource is not updated.

Any ideas on why he can't set the datasource?
Thanks in advance

Hi,
Need more info:

Database Type
Connection method

Client OS ( is it different than those that work?)

Possibly a bad CR install on that client.

Database is SQL Server and am connecting through an ODBC connection.

The report was written in Crystal XI and they have Crystal 10.

I currently don't know what version of Windows the client has but will let you know when I find out.
