Set DataSource in runtime for CrystalReport containing two database

Hello all
I am using Crystal activeX desinger in my VB6 application,
I have 2 database sources in this report and linked to each other.
When trying to DiscardSavedData and set new data source(in runtime) I got error message "unable to access first record"

is discardsaveddata method effect the two databases included in the report,,, and if so how to set new data sources for them both

any help will be appriciated
