Set combo box bound to table blank

Use the 'On not in list' event to add the data to the table or try a button by the side of the combobox for adding to the table.

Thanks for the reply, Programerror. I think I made an error in not being more specific in saying what I really wanted to do. Sorry. One of the fields on the form is pulled in from a table, which will have a value in it already from the table. What I want to do is make that field on the form blank, so that I can input a new value in it, then add the new record with that updated field to the table.
