Set Cells equal to a combo box without using VB in excel

If you use a Control Toolbox Combobox, then you're stuck with VB.
However, you can use a Forms Combobox and use a cell link for the selected value index.

And how would you do that with VB? sorry i'm abit new to VBA, but all i want to do is select a value from a combo box and have that set a cell to the same value.
