From how I remember the max call duration short code values... Yes. This would be max 1min.

• t = Allowed Call Duration Set the maximum duration in minutes for a call plus or minus a
minute. Follow the character with the number of minutes in brackets, for example t(5).

I could already set call duration limit on specific extension for call to PSTN, but according to me, you cannot determine the call duration limit on a specific extension towards with other extensions. Does anyone know if it is possible?
