Set Busy Tone on M2616

Hi all,

need your help, i have nortel meridian 1c, and keyphone M2616.
current condition is, when we pick a call then another call in, the keyphone not send busy tone to second caller.

it make the second caller complain why the phone not picked.

on that case, how i can set the key phone send busy tone when we on pick a call.

Change the LHK to key 1 and BFD in the CLS.

If he wants a 2nd caller to hear a BUSY, wouldn't it be LHK 0 ? and CLS: HTD
Unless they use a DoNotDisturb key?

That is true. I thought he wanted busy after the 2nd line was in use.
