set background with css on an apache server 1

I try to set a fixed background with the no-repeat option. The apache server ignore it. Is this possible to do this anyway?

This is a CSS problem. It has nothing to do with the server you are developing on. Please post the code.

Exactly. The server has nothing to do with it.

Probably the CSS or the browser.
