Set AST Key to 00 01 / Enable ICR

Hello all, phone newbie here. Can someone show me how to enable AST key 0 & 1 and also enable/allow ICR? Thank you

usually against the set

CLS reca (or ICRA depending on software level)
AST 0 1
IAPG 1 (this is not esential but usually you would group them seperate from the default 0)
