Set as Primary...greyed out

In our list of about 150 users within Exchange Users and Computers, 3 accounts will not let me set a primary address under the Emails tab. The buttons for Remove and Set as Primary are greyed out.

Is there a setting for individual accounts that I'm missing?

I would think you have an account that is somewhere in the Active Directory. I ran into that problem when I upgraded Exchange 5.5 to 2000. Once you locate those users, I would delete them and recreate the users again. Really not sure. Good luck
