Set a folder to automatically print new files

Is there a way to set a folder to automatically print anything that's saved to it in Windows XP? There was a way to do it in NT, but I can't figure it out for XP.
I basically want to set up a user so that every file she downloads to a particular folder will automatically print. There are a variety of printers available to print to, most likely candidate would be an HP4050 connected via TCP/IP port (no print server).

You may want to ask this in one of the windows forums... I do not know of any function that would perform this without scripting or "getting tricky
