I have come across the command SessionWrite(sSessionName) used as the name of a form element on a html page which, when the form, is submittted, writes the value of that form element to the relevant element.

I have never come across this code before and the people responsible say it is a standard HTML feature. Is this the case? If so could someone point me the way of some documentation for it as I cant find any anywhere (tried google and all i get is php refs)

Thanks for your help

HTML does not have any Session Handling mechanisms, in fact, when form is submitted, HTML does not have any functions to process the form. It must have something to do with the server side code you are using.
