If I edit my mapping and try to use the session of the mapping in a workflow, I get the previous mapping results, How can I get the latest mapping into my Workflow using Informatica 6.2

It should be automatic, assuming you saved your mapping before you run the session.

Should be automatic, but it isn't always. Two things that can help: right click the session and Validate it. Or sometimes I have to close the worflow manager, re-open it, and re-validate it.

Upgrade to 7.1 quick! It gets rid of all those not-quite-integrated bugaboos. But it adds some new ones, of course!
