Sessions becoming idle even when users are working

We are using Citrix MF 4.0. We have an in-house application that is published to our users. Our users are actively working in the program, but continue to get a pop up saying "Application popup: Idle timer expired: Session has been idle over its time limit. It will be disconnected in 2 minutes."

My question is, why are our users receiving this message when they are actively using a published app? What needs to be done to fix this?

Carlatto,
I would simply double-check the ICA connection configuration settings for idle, disconnected or even "connected".

Maybe there is one server that isn't properly configured and when they connect to that server they are receiving this message.

Try to see if you can track down the server that's throwing up this message and look at the ICA settings.
