We are using Citrix MF 4.0. We have an in-house application that is published to our users. Our users are actively working in the program, but continue to get a pop up saying "Application popup: Idle timer expired: Session has been idle over its time limit. It will be disconnected in 2 minutes."
My question is, why are our users receiving this message when they are actively using a published app? What needs to be done to fix this?
