session variable and MAC

Hi, I have a problem with a session variable and a Mac. Everythiung is working find on windows but on MAC it's not... I create a session variable in a page, people click on a button that opens a new window (from javascript) and in those new windows I use the session variable but on MAC it does'nt recognizy the variable...

Any ideas ?

Session state (the apparatus that makes session variables possible) is stored in a client-side cookie.

My guess is there's something amiss in how the Mac client is handling cookies. Either the browser is set to not accept cookies, or there's some type of cookie bug in the version/make of browser it's using.

Is the Mac using IE, or the new Safari?
