Session Trace Tool

I have to access a system that we inherited and I am running into a problem. I want to run a Session Trace, but instead of the Session Trace window coming up, I get

"ODBC Configuration for Adaptive Server Anywhere" and if I click OK, I get the ODBC setup window.

Has anyone seen this, and if so, how do I get around this. All my other machines have the Session Trace working fine.
