Hello all,

We are running SBC version ECZ7.3.0 MR-1 GA, one of our customers send us a min-se timer lower than ours, our CM drops out the call with 422 session timer too small, I want to modify their invite min-se to a higher value so that their calls are able to connect, I see that our SBC has the session timer profile parameter but I don't know how to apply it, any thoughts? I also found this in the avaya site: they give us the signaling script to change the timer but I don't how to add it on.

Regards,
David M.

its a oracle sbc... web gui is friendlier nowadays for it, but otherwise, its got a cli where you gotta go a bunch of levels deep to HMRs for header manipulation rules

or...if you can... you can try CM having that same session timer if you have dedicated SIP trunks toward that SBC

Kyle,
Thanks bro, we could finally get around it, over the gui we found a way to apply the session timer under the incoming interface so that it hardcodes the min-se to our parameters. Our problem is solved.
