Session Timeout

I tried to extend the session timeout. I read somewhere that you have to obtain the system ID from the ESM /view source and then using telnet command to change it. Tried but couldn't see the ID. Also not sure if to use port 23 or 2002. Appreciate your guide
 
It is under the Security Settings. No special effort required

Default is 15 minutes

If you are asking about the ESM session timeout on the 3300, it is set in the System Properties>System Administration>System Security Management form>User Session Inactivity Period setting. Default is 15 minutes.

Am using MCD 4.0
 
That's because it was added in release 5.0. Should have asked what release you were running.
