Technical User
Reading about Citrix use i'm under the impression that a user should be able to disconnect from a session and then reconnect to the same session again in another location or even on the same device. They don't seem able to do that here.
I'll give an example of our issue:
A user is connected to a server from a HP thin client and there is an issue with the unit, the user restarts the TC unit and I can see the session still on the server. When the TC unit has restarted and the user tries to logon they're informed that there is already a session open and so they can't logon (users are limited to one active session).
As I said I was under the impression that the user should be connected to the already open session.
Is there a way to make this happen?
Thanks
