I have re-installed Citrix onto one of our servers to rectify another issue (it would stop checking in several times a day... this is resolved now)... now on this server there is an issue with sessions going into a 'disconnected' state rather than being closed out all together. I have tried a registry entry that somebody has suggested to use in another post, but it does not appear to correct this problem as it is still occurring...
This is the entry that I added:
to key:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Citrix\wfshell\TWI]
entry:
"LogoffCheckSysModules"="ssonsvr.exe"
...there are generally 3 processes that remain running:
the application (such as outlook.exe or winword.exe)
wfshell.exe
and ssonsvr.exe
any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.
