Session Manager Not Getting SM100 Data From System Manager

Good morning folks

I'm stumped here.

AURA 10.1.3.1

Short = when I add a Session Manager to System Manager, both the entity and management, the Session Manager is not getting the SM100 config data from System Manager.

The SM is getting trust and DRS successfully from System Manager. The SM shows up on the SM dashboard with the SM known but SM100 is down. I have 2 SMs where the SM100 is up. The 2 VMs where the SM100 is down were deleted and reinstalled. This issue occurred after the re deploy.

ifconfig is only showing eth0 which is the management eth. Once the SM100 data is received, the SM should/will then have eth1 for the SM100.

Any ideas on what log(s) might shed some light on this?

Did you deploy from the OVA and did anyone modify the OVA hardware after deployment?
