It's an intriguing platform, and I did check them out. (Their California office was down the street from us, so they courted us.)
At the time, I was working on a vertical market app installed in 46 of 50 states at customers ranging from mom & pop shops to the Fortune 50.
I just couldn't get enough details from them about how it might work in our scenario and they wouldn't even discuss pricing. ($5k per CPU would have been a total *NO*.) They seemed mostly interested in selling consulting contracts to get you converted.
I do know that Ken Levy is doing a lot of work with them these days so perhaps they've improved their story?
I downloaded it out to check it for making iPhone apps. The iPhone environment just kept failing with errors whenever I tried to get anywhere with it - and this was following the guide supplied. So after wasting many hours with it, I gave up and it has since been binned.
Plus, as mentioned above, the price tag put us off.
I like work. It fascinates me. I can sit and look at it for hours...
