Where can I find what services are installed and what their settings are by default. I know they will change depending on what is installed but I looking for the basics. Thanks, Zip

Start - Run - services.msc , and you will see all installed services.
There are not really any defaults, as you noticed, it not only depends on what you install, but also the possible options of each part, if any.
