Can someone shed some more light on the Services layer in Sniffer? What protocols does it support? What info is displayed that is useful and different than the Application layer? Thanks.

Application is the application conversation.
Service is the summary of each protocol. It aggreagates data from all application conversations of a particular host (usually the application server).
Suppose there are 4 HTTP conversations.
A -> M
A -> N
B -> M
B -> N
Then there are 4 entries at application object and 2 entries (M and N as net station) at service objects
