Services URL - CCM 6

Hi,
I am trying to set up extension mobility. I am having issues with the services button. When I press it, I recieve "UN-ATUORIZED" message on the display.

I have followed the instructions to a t in regards to setting up extension mobility.

Can somone tell me what the default URL for the services button should be in enterprise parameters?
