3 service schedules we have been struggling with.

It seems to be working now but I am not sure why. They all do forward the receptionist phone with target line 599 to various other DNs at various times of day. 3:30pm-7pm, 7pm-4:45am, and 4:45am-7:00am.

we would make the changes, services would show on the display, but it would not work.

Finally after letting it sit for an hour and scratching our heads we did a test call and it started working.

Anyone experience issues where a service schedule needs to sit for awhile to start working?

Schedule times do not flow over midnight,
i.e. setting a start time of 23:00 and stop time of 07:00 means that the schedule will start at midnight, stop at 07:00, then re-start at 23:00 and stop at midnight.

Thanks snowman50. I had not read that in awhile. You must have cut and pasted directly from the documentation or you have an excellent memory for quoting.

I know how it works but that sentence has always seemed confusing to me.

I used am.pm in the post to make it easier for people to follow, .

The programming is correct andit took a long time for it to "kick-in." But it did not cross midnight before it started.
