Services on Server Settings

Here is what we have going. We are setting up a sharepoint on a server and have gone through the installation and are in the process of getting it going. It is MOSS 2007.

In the Services on Server section, it has custom selected but we would like to change it to Single Server or Web Server for Small Farms The problem is the selections are grayed out, so we can't make the change.

Any ideas on how to change the selection?

did you select to make it a web front end when you installed MOSS on the server?
You may have to go back and reinstall if you didn't select that option.
