I have the SERVICES ON showing on more than one handset. It should only be showing on DN 3300 ( Reception ) but it is also showing on DN 3303. Anyway to remove this from DN 3303?

If you log onto the system and go to Active Physical lines, look for "Control Set". I'm not sure if this is the right area, but do you have more than one extension associated with a line?.

You appear to have two separate ring groups set up, the easiest way to fix this is to just turn off the group that you don't want to use. If you're not familiar with the programming on the system you may need to hire some help.
