Services ON Display

Help, I'm having a major skull cramp here.

I have a customer (BCM 400 V3.7) who's receptionist doesn't like to see the Services ON displayed on her phone. I have a routing service turned on always, but the trouble is, her set is NOT the control set, so I don't understand why she is seeing the Display.

All I need to do is find a way to turn it off (without invoking Static Time and Date -- she needs to see CLID).

I realize that this is a simple one, but I just can't seem to hit the nail on the head.
