Hi.

Since a reboot, our SECC has 3 services that don't start.
These are NDLOAM, NCCOAM + ES.
When attempting to start these manually, NDLOAM + NCCOAM give an error 2140 "An internal WindowsNT error occured", and ES gives an error 1075 "The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion"

What do these services relate to, + should they be running?

Version is 3.21.05

Any ideas.....

Cheers

Dave.

We are running 4.2 and those services are not running on our SCCS's either, they just show as UNKNOWN in the Monitor window

Same with us. Those are the only three services that do not start on our SCCS 4.2 server. They're for services or packages that we're not currently using.

those services pertains to network symposium (NCC). those services will come up only if you have multiple symposium with NCC installed.

I agree with ipeology. Don't worry, you should not have those services running on your SECC 3.21, they are for the full-sized Symposiums with the networking option (NCC) active.

Many thanks, guys.

At least it puts my mind at rest that there's nothing wrong!

However, I am having problems with GRTD - the agent map window is showing all agents as logged out!

Dave.
