Does anyone knows what are the services invoked by IBM Director, running on
Windows 2000 server?

I did quite a lengthy search and found there are 2 services:
UMSHTTPD
TWGIPC

Are there more , then the 2 mentioned above? Any documentation can be found
for this?

Appreciate any pointers.
S.L.

Running the IBM Director Agent under Windows 2000, you will see the services you referenced, although under Task Manager, you will see many processes kicked off by these services. The UMSHTTPD service is for web-based access. TWGIPC is the Director-managed Agent. Other processses load and unload dynamically (Remote Control, Inventory, etc).
