Services Destroyed????

Have a customer with BCM1000, running 3.5 s/w. We replaced the hard drive 10 days ago, and all appeared ok. Today, the customer says their v/m is down. When they enter FEATURE 981, the display shows the above message.

Could this be the MSC card that has failed??

Any ideas anyone?
 
if your tdm phones are working - msc card should be ok.

all the applications are on the HDD - why did you replace the HDD in the first place?
 
One of the engineers attended and said that the HDD was dead So he ordered a replacement, re-input all the keycodes into the system, and all appeared to function OK.

As you mentioned, TDM is functioning ok, just all the services again. The engineer also changed out the Motherboard when he was there.

 
Make sure that the voice mail service is running. We just had an issue where the voice mail service was completely deleted from the drive and we had to replace it.
 
The BCM1000 does not have a BFT. The Portway motherboards have had bad capacitors.
