Hi all

I'm working in an Avaya-Icm5 environment.Avaya pbx receives the call and makes routing request to ICM. This because icm has a wider routing possibilities.
As it's not possible to use a date value in avaya vector, i want to use icm to do that. I plan to add 2 labels to a service with different DTMF (1 and 6). In my routing script, i will used the route select node. In the "consider if" area i want to enter the date so that for that special date the service uses label1 and for the other label2.
Unfortunately i get the script error message and just don't know where the problem is coming from.
Could someone tell me if the idea is ok and how to implement it.
In advance many thanks.

You can do this, you'll need to connect two routes to the service, or click use the 'connection to target' to select the correct label after the route select.
