Does that mean you had or saw this problem and know that it was fixed with the latest SU?
Or
Does that simply mean you don't know so you use the old "install the latest PEPs" so that you can still give an answer of some kind?
I don't mean to sound crabby, but I have noticed that we have all gotten a little quick to use that as an out rather than work with someone on an issue.

I know 80% of the problems we find generally get addressed at some point by a PEP; but, hearing someone actually say they saw the problem go away with a PEP gives me a real since of comfort. I don't like simply applying patches and crossing my fingers.
