There is an srvany service that runs a Java application. Several days ago, this service began to stop at 8 PM. Event log says the following:

The srvany service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 6 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No action.

Event ID: 7031

Does anyone know possible reasons?

Thank you!

If this service worked before w/o any problems there are two reason to stop:
1. You did something in its code that could cause service to stop.
2. Something new is installed on that computer that could cause the service to stop.

So check what you change in the service code (if you did that of course) or check what is installed recently on that computer (Hardware or Software). Try to restore the system (if it is possible) back to the point where that service runs w/o problems.
Other way is to go to Control Panel->Administrative tools->Services right click on that service go to Recovery page and choose what you action you want when the service is crashed (this is not a solution IMO).
