Service Restrictions

I am pretty new to this system, but thought I would try my best. I have NEAX 1000 IVS and have setup monitoring soft key for 2 login IDs. The service restrictions in MATWorx32 is setup like , A: 14, B: 14, C: 15 in Station assignment. Firstly does anyone have a list what these codes mean?? And there seems to be a restriction that onnly one id is able to monitor, the other would get a busy signal, is this correct??

These are reflected in commmand 15 there are several settings in each class A, B and C.

And there seems to be a restriction that onnly one id is able to monitor, the other would get a busy signal, is this correct??
Yes, 15103 and 15104 will allow or restrict the ability to monitor or be monitored.
