Service Pro ?

Is anyone using Service Pro anymore? Did they ever get a SQL version of this product?

Has anyone abandoned Service Pro for eSynergy's Service module? Any insights on this module?

I know that they expanded the product to work with other packages and it appears to still be an active application. My last direct experience was about 4 years ago and it had become a fairly stable product on the Pervasive platform.

They definitely had the SQL version going 3 years or so ago when I looked at it actively for 2 clients. It seemed very robust & they were going to add additional for the client I had that wanted a solution to deal with coin collection & reporting. The service tracking features were very deep & well thought out. Not knowing eSynergy's features, I couldn't give you a good comparison, but I would be surprised if there was anything in eSynergy that Service Pro hasn't already addressed. Call Tony K & discuss. They were planning to develop it for ES as well, last time I talked to him.
