Service patch 4

I installed service patch 4 a year ago, but I am now trying to put a NDR hotpatch on and it says I'm at version 2650 instead 2653 (which it should be 2653). I'm thinking the service patch 4 did not install properly or completely, don't remember any errors messages. Does anyone know if its ok to reinstall service patch 4? If so any warnings or advice before I do?

The ndr patch should bring it to version 2683. It's ok to reinstall SP4.
