Service Packs for IE5

Im a Systems Administrator trying to protect our network from (Nimbus) Virus attacks.
The MS site recommends I update to IE5.01 or IE5.5, and then add the service packs.
Am I correct in thinking that IE5 with SP1 is the same thing as IE5.01 and IE5 with SP2 is IE5.5.

I think this because when I try to download either the SP's or IE's, all I can download is the file MS_IE5.exe. This file then pulls down the relivant files from the MS site.
So what im really asking is, will it then pull down at the same time the latest version of IE5 with the latest SP?

No, there are different service packs for each version, you'll have to deliberately upgrade, see
