I have a directory in C:\Windows named "ServicePackFiles" which has 269 Mb.
Is this a Service Pack installer temp folder? Can I delete it?

Thanks!!

Yes and No, It is the folder that is created when you install service pack 2. You can remove the folder and still continue to use windows normally. The only time you may have a problem is if you had to replace just one or two of the new Service Pack 2 files, such as through a SFC /SCANNOW.

If you have the space to spare leave it, if not remove it. Worse case would be a reinstall of SP2 if any files needed replacing.
