Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 provides an automatic update feature which allows you to keep your machine up-to-date with the latest fixes by automatically downloading them when they become available.
I have a couple of questions:
1. Is it a good idea to use this? (i.e. anyone know any problems with this?)
2. What options are there for machines without Internet Access? (How can I keep these up-to-date automatically - I don't really want to allow my Servers Internet Access)
I'm more concerned with Question 2, do I just have to wait for service packs?
Thanks,
Gav.
