If I were you.....
I would not do a mass upgrade.......
With time you will visit each server and workstation.
When you do, do the service pack upgrade.
The reason for this is that if you run into problems, and you will.......
You only have to deal with a few machines and even worse a few users at a time.
It will make your life a lot easier in the long run. Trust me. Hope this Helps
