Service Pack 4 Won't download

Hello

SP4 is available to me but when I try to downlaod it, it keeps telling me that I havn't agreed to the terms and conditions but can't find where they are.

Automatic updates keeps telling me they are available but when I try to do them it just hangs and I have to use task manager to leave.

Any pointers anyone?

I am not a techi!! I was given the job as I could change a printer cartridge

If you have the bandwidth, download the complete version (132 MB) and install that

Thanks 4 that, plenty of bandwidth so downloaded and insatlled last night, seems ok at the moment, now all I have to do is stop blated popups and get rid of Adobe GoLive
